These terms govern use of CDJPuertoRico services and establish booking, payment, liability, and jurisdiction conditions.

Scope and acceptance of service terms.
Welcome to CDJPuertoRico, a mobile DJ equipment rental service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services.
Business identity and operating name.
CDJPuertoRico is a registered business in Puerto Rico, doing business as CDJPuertoRico.
Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Full payment is required at booking time. We accept major credit cards, and reservations remain subject to equipment availability.
Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit 50% of the payment. No-shows forfeit the full payment.
Renters are responsible for equipment from delivery to return. Damage fees may be assessed for equipment returned in poor condition.
Standard delivery within the San Juan metro area is included. Additional fees may apply for locations outside metro areas. Setup time typically ranges from one to two hours.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use. Renters assume operational risks associated with equipment usage.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
We collect personal information necessary for service delivery and booking operations. We do not sell customer data.
These terms are governed by Puerto Rico law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and disputes are resolved in San Juan courts.
